Baronsmead VCT releases annual results
Baronsmead VCT, managed by ISIS Equity Partners, recently released results for the year ending 30 September 2003. Over the period, the trust paid a cash dividend of 10.7p per share. These dividends came off the back of the 26.5% increase in NAV per ordinary share based on a series of successful exits from unquoted investees and a sharp rise in the price of its Aim portfolio. The trust was launched in 1995 and its portfolio now contains more than 40 companies and has attracted more than 2,200 private investors who have subscribed £34m to date.
