RAB Capital acquires Cross
Investment manager RAB Capital Plc has acquired Cross Asset Management Ltd, subject to regulatory approval by the Financial Services Authority. Cross was founded in 1998 by Roddy Campbell and David Linsley and manages the event-driven equity fund Cross Europe Fund, which has over $200m of assets under management. RAB also takes on the management of the Cross Credit Fund, with $30m of assets under management. Five employees of Cross, including Roddy Campbell, will join RAB with David Linsey taking a non-executive role.
