Sovereign Capital converts to LLP structure

Sovereign Capital has announced the formation of Sovereign Capital Partners LLP, which will henceforth manage the funds previously managed by Sovereign Capital Ltd. The executive management team holds the majority shareholding of Sovereign Capital Partners LLP: Peter Brooks, managing partner, Andrew Hayden, Ryan Robson and Michael Needley, finance partners. John Nash continues in his role of non-executive chairman. The move to an LLP represents the final phase in Sovereign's succession planning of the last four years.
