Lovells has recently announced the appointment of a number of new partners including Arnt Goppert, Colin Law, Jeremy Brittenden and Paul Mullen. Goppert specialises in M&A, private equity and corporate finance while Law has expertise in M&A, corporate finance and securities. Jeremy Brittenden, who has worked in project finance, PPP/PFI and outsourcing, and Paul Mullen, an expert in leveraged/acquisition finance including leveraged buyouts/buy-ins, take privates, public bids and cross-border acquisitions, have also been elected to the growing international banking team, which now includes around 40 partners and over 90 lawyers and other legal staff. This follows on from the recruitment of leading partners in most of the major continental jurisdictions in the past few years.
