Fusion set up to fill the Midlands corporate finance gap

Mike Higgins and Stuart Hands have set up Fusion Corporate Finance, to provide independent advice to companies and management teams on acquisitions, buyouts and disposals. Both men have worked for national accounting firms and held senior positions in corporate finance departments. Higgins for one, has experience of venture capital having spent time with 3i. Fusion Corporate Finance has recently completed its first deal; working on Assetco Data Solution's acquisition of Leicester-based Petards Emergency Services from Screen Plc.
