KPMG Business Integration Services, the unit which exists within KPMG Transaction Services to help entrepreneurs and organisations develop ideas into companies, has announced the appointment of Heather Brewers as director. Brewers joins the 20-strong team with seven years experience in corporate finance. Reporting to the head of BIS, Clive Hyman, she will have responsibility for developing contacts with prospective funders, management teams, entrepreneurs and other advisors.
