Advisory group Leonardo Finance has announced the appointment of Louis Desanges as partner in charge of developing M&A activity. Desanges worked for 15 years as partner at Financière de Courcelles, where he worked on more than 30 transactions: majority or minority exits, acquisitions or mergers in all sectors and especially in mid-market businesses from E8-50m. The most recent deals that Desanges worked on include the merger between Boujou Derambure Bugnon and Bresse Majerowicz. Before joining Financière de Courcelles, Desanges was general secretary of professional syndicates at the Fédération des Industries Mécaniques. He began his career at Gaz et Eaux, part of today's Eurazeo.
