PricewaterhouseCoopers acquires Coba Group
The Transaction Services Group of PricewaterhouseCoopers has acquired the COBA Group, a specialist provider of strategic advice and commercial due diligence to private equity clients. The combined entity will form a new strategy group within PwC Transaction Services, which will be headed by Nick Hewitt, the incumbent managing director of COBA. Hewitt will be supported by David Packford, Alastair Rimmera and Mark Parry. The new group will comprise 50 strategy consultants in the UK, making it one of the largest dedicated deals-focused strategic advisory groups in the UK.
