Grant Thornton
Grant Thornton's South & Wales corporate finance team based in Bristol has announced the appointments of Mark Naughton as client service director, Kaye Morton as senior corporate finance manager and Alasdair Francis and Trefor Griffiths as corporate finance managers. Naughton returns to the team as director following a successful two-year secondment to Grant Thornton's London team. During his time in London he specialised in advising on management buyouts, buy-ins and acquisitions. He will be responsible for managing the larger transactions and helping to build the lead advisory business across the region. Morton joins the South & Wales team to manage the transaction services for the region after completing a two year secondment with Grant Thornton in the US, based in the New York transaction services team. Francis joined the team in 2000 and Griffiths in 2001. Both undertake lead advisory work and have gained widespread experience in undertaking mergers & acquisitions, buyouts and disposals.
