LDC
LDC has promoted Grant Berry to the national position of head of new business. Berry will continue to be based out of the Northwest. The newly created role reinforces LDC's strategic objective of increasing new investment activity across all regional offices. Andy Ball will take on Berry's former role as regional director for the North of England. Ball originally established the Manchester office in 2000. Simon Dempsey takes over Ball's previous role as regional director for the Southeast, combining this with continuing responsibility for the East Midlands region, whilst Martin Draper has been promoted to regional director in the West Midlands. In a further move, Paul Johnson, investment director at LDC's Manchester office, is being promoted to director.
