Primary Capital

Peter Jacobs has been appointed director at Primary Capital. Jacobs joins from PricewaterhouseCoopers where he was head of the private equity and TMT (telecoms, media and technology) corporate finance team in its Reading office. Prior to Jacobs’ departure he was one of two people of that name at PwC: the other, who is head of European private equity and notable rainmaker is remaining with PwC.
