Truell steps down
Founder of Duke Street Capital Edmund Truell 'will not be formally involved' in the group's 2006 buyout fund, Duke Street Capital VI. When the new fund is set up, Truell will step down as chairman of the firm's investment committee. He will instead raise capital for Duke Street Capital Structured Solutions, an investment vehicle targeting the pension protection industry, including insurance services.
