Lloyds TSB Development Capital

Jonathan Simm has taken on the new role of Head of Lloyds TSB Development Capital’s (LDC’s) South West region, with responsibility for its Reading, Southampton and Bristol activities. The division is headquartered in Reading, where Simm will be working alongside Carl Wormald. Simm takes up his new responsibilities with immediate effect and plans to begin recruiting in the region over the coming months. The South West region has been earmarked as a key growth area for LDC, with the company seeking to increase deal flow from the region, including deals sourced and supported by Lloyds TSB Commercial offices in the South West, Thames Valley, South Wales and Severnside.
