Bank of Scotland Corporate Banking
Bank of Scotland Corporate Banking has announced three promotions and two new appointments. The promotions are as follows: Alison Campbell to the role of director of structured finance, Chris Gow to the role of associate director of structured finance and Matt Bentley to senior structured finance analyst. New appointments to the integrated finance team are Donald Fowler, who joins the Edinburgh-based team as associate director after spending five years as a lawyer with Dundas & Wilson’s corporate and private equity teams, and Nigel Moss, a chartered accountant, who joins integrated finance as a senior analyst from Ernst & Young’s corporate finance team.
