Lloyds TSB Development Capital

Lloyds TSB has announced two appointments at the London office. Candida Morley joins LDC as portfolio director. Morley was previously director of development at the Victoria & Albert Museum and has also worked at Elementis as head of strategic development, 3i as an investment manager and Baring Brothers as corporate finance manager. Jonathan Caswell has been appointed UK business development director after 12 years spent at Lloyds TSB Commercial.
