Hellman & Friedman

Hellman & Friedman has recently opened its London office and has appointed Patrick Healy, a managing director of the firm, to head up the team. At Hellman & Friedman, Healy's primary areas of focus are the media, financial and professional service industries and the Firm's European activities. In addition to sitting on the NASDAQ board, he is currently a director of ProSiebenSat Media AG and was formerly a director of Digitas, National Information Consortium, and Neverfail Springwater Ltd. Prior to joining the firm in 1994, Healy was employed by James D. Wolfensohn and Consolidated Press Holdings in Australia. Healy graduated from Harvard College and the Harvard Business School.
