Bank of Scotland Structured Finance
Bank of Scotland Corporate Banking has recruited six new deal makers to its Structured Finance National team, based in London. Toby Walters, joining as director of Structured Finance, is the most senior appointment to the team; he joins from the Treasury department of Halifax. Simon Amess transfers to the team as associate director after working within the Structured Finance team in Nottingham. Marianela Gutierrez joins as associate director from UBS Warburg. Adrian Walker joins as associate director from NIB Capital Acquisition Finance. Julie Patterson transfers from the Edinburgh team to take on the role of associate director. Andreas Rands takes on the role of senior analyst having worked for the Bank’s Acquisition Finance division for the past two years.In addition Bank of Scotland has also appointed Kendal Milne as director of Structured Finance in the group’s Southampton office. Milne replaces Alan Butterfield. Butterfield has taken a position in the group’s Sidney office. Milne has worked for Bank of Scotland for more than 25 years. Prior to joining the Southampton office, he was in the group’s Aberdeen branch.
