Ansbacher wins Englefield mandate
Englefield Capital has mandated Ansbacher Fund Services (AFS) to provide outsourced administration services for its new a700m mid-market buyout fund. AFS only received the approval of the FSA last month. The move will allow Englefield's investment executives to concentrate fully on new transactions and portfolio management. The fund is sponsored by Cofra Holding subsidiary Bregal and also includes investors such as AXA Private Equity, Dutch Shell Pension Fund and Delta Lloyd. AFS will also administer an affiliates fund raised from 150 private individuals.
