Lake Capital

Lake Capital has appointed a vice president and an associate as well as two associates and an analyst to its London and Chicago offices. J. Duncan Grierson, a former director of Galileo Partners, has joined Lake Capital’s London office as a vice president. Anthony Simler, previously an associate director in Royal Bank of Scotland’s Leveraged Finance Group, has been appointed to the London office as an associate. Lake Capital has appointed Edward A Kovas and Nicole Theall as associates to its Chicago office. Kovas joined Lake Capital after graduating with an MBA from Harvard Business School. Theall joined Lake Capital after receiving her MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. Also Jason M Paru has joined the company’s Chicago office as and analyst after spending two years in the Merchant banking group at Lehman Brothers.
