Advent International has appointed five new investment executives to its London team: Ronald Ayles, James Brooks, Nick Rose, Tom Allen and Andy Dawson. Ayles joins the team as a principal having spent four years with 3i in London and Frankfurt. Brooks has been appointed as an associate in Advent's communications and late stage technology team, joining from the TMT sector team at UBS Investment Bank. Rose joins the business and financial services team as an associate having previously worked in Bain & Company's private equity practice. Allen will take up a role as an associate in Advent's healthcare & life sciences and industrials teams, moving from KMPG's private equity team. Dawson also joins as an associate, joining the retail & media team from OC&C.
