Richard Swann has joined LDC as investment director. Swann was previously at Deloitte Corporate Finance as partner in charge of the Midlands corporate finance team and head of the national industrial products sector.Jonathan Andrew, formerly of PricewaterhouseCoopers, has joined LDC's London office. Andrew has over 12 years of experience in the mergers and acquisitions market and was a transaction services director at PricewaterhouseCooper. He specialises in working closely with private equity-backed management teams to implement due diligence reviews, cost cutting programmes and performance improvement initiatives.
