ABN AMRO Capital

The private equity arm of ABN AMRO, ABN AMRO Capital, has appointed Jonathan Bourn to its leveraged buy-out team. Bourn, formerly lead arranger of senior and mezzanine facilities with Credit Suisse First Boston, joins a now four-strong team specialising in large buyouts. Bourne will be working with chief executive Ian Taylor, who set up the team some 18 months ago.
