Gouldens

In an initiative to expand its private equity team, Gouldens has appointed Adam Greaves to lead the new look group and Michael Nouril as a corporate partner. Greaves is well known as a premier private equity lawyer, and Nouril has particular experience in development capital and is responsible for Gouldens’ technology activities. Matthew Hudson, former private equity partner with SJ Berwin, has also been appointed as a non-executive to the team.
