Ernst & Young has announced two recent appointments to its London office. Annmarie Kathendu joins as a senior executive within the corporate finance private equity team. Kathendu trained with PricewaterhouseCoopers in both Kenya and South Africa initially in audit, joining corporate finance in 1995 and has extensive experience in the financial advisory field across a broad cross section of industries. In 1998 she and two colleagues left PwC to set up a joint venture with a South African bank, forming a niche focused investment banking company, focusing on private equity and proprietary investments. Charlie Jolly has also joined the corporate finance private equity team where he will be working as a sales manager alongside Susan Marlow. Jolly comes from a shipbroking background.
