F&C Asset Management Plc
F&C Asset Management Plc has announced the appointment of Brian Larcombe and Philip Moore to the board of directors. Larcombe recently retired from a long and successful career at 3i Group Plc. He served as finance director of 3i from 1992 to 1997 and as chief executive officer until his retirement last year. He is currently a non-executive director of Smith & Nephew Plc. Larcombe joins the F&C Board as an independent non-executive director and a member of the company's remuneration committee. He will succeed Ken Inglis who has previously signalled his intention to retire at the next annual general meeting.
