Barings launches Jersey Fund Administration Service

Specialist third-party fund administrator Baring Financial Services has opened a base in Jersey to complement existing offices in Guernsey, London, Dublin and the Isle of Man. Barings' international fund management business has twenty years of experience in private equity fund administration. It is intended that the new operation will develop and capitalise on the Baring Financial Services Group's expertise. At 31 August 2003 the firm administered funds with assets in excess of £29.2bn.
