Launch of Corporate Finance House
Vantis, the accountancy and professional advisory group, which floated on AIM in May this year, has announced the launch of a new corporate finance house. The new venture will be part of Vantis Corporate Finance Limited, a key trading company of Vantis. Michael Norrie, managing director advisory, has been joined in this venture by Colin Harvey, director, in addition to the existing corporate finance personnel of the Vantis founding firms. Both Norrie and Harvey join from HLB Kidsons Corporate Finance. Norrie was previously a founder of NSP Chartered Accountants, while Harvey was a corporate finance director of disposal specialist The Business Exchange. Vantis Corporate Finance provides a lead advisory and transaction support services typically in the £2m to £50m deal range, specialising in acquisitions, disposals, MBOs, private equity, strategic advice and pre-IPO preparation. Based in the City and Tonbridge, Kent, and regulated by the Financial Services Authority, Vantis Corporate Finance forms the M&A and transaction support resource of the Vantis plc group companies throughout the country.
