Inflexion opens Manchester office
Inflexion Private Equity, the mid-market private equity investor, has recently opened an office in Manchester at 82 King Street. The Manchester office will be led by Tim Smallbone, as director, who has over 13 years extensive experience in the private equity industry in the North of England having led such deals as Micro Librarian Systems and Altair Filter Technology. He was most recently investment director at Montagu Capital and previously launched Gresham Private Equity's Manchester office. The Manchester office will be responsible for developing and growing Inflexion's Northern-based private equity business focusing on buyout and development capital transactions with enterprise values of up to £30m.
