Marion Sears has joined the advisory board of PricewaterhouseCoopers corporate finance practice. Sears will work alongside the PricewaterhouseCoopers corporate finance healthcare team led by Neal Ransome, supporting marketing and transaction execution in the pharmaceutical, OTC, medical device and healthcare services industry segments. Sears was formerly a director of Robert Fleming, where she was responsible for healthcare corporate finance and subsequently, until 2001, managing director at JP Morgan. She is currently a non-executive director of Boehringer Ingelheim Ltd.
