Baronsmead VCT 2 announces Q4 2004 results
The directors of Baronsmead VCT 2 have announced an increase in the net asset value (NAV) to 108.8p per ordinary share at 31 December 2004. This represents a total return of 8.7% over the three months from 30 September 2004. The valuation growth in the quarter was attributable to both unquoted and AIM investments within the portfolio. Additionally, the NAV of the C shares is 95.8p. This is the first valuation of the C shares issued following the successful £22m fund raising in autumn 2004 that closed fully subscribed on 13 January 2005.
