
Soros Private Equity reforms as TowerBrook Capital Partners
Members of the Soros Private Equity team have spun out from Soros Asset Management Group to form TowerBrook Capital Partners, a transatlantic private equity firm with assets under management totalling $1.3bn (E1bn). Based in both London and New York, TowerBrook will be headed by co-chief executive officers Neal Moszkowski and Ramez Sousou. TowerBrook's sector expertise includes healthcare, telecommunications, media, chemicals, utilities/energy, retail and consumer services and certain industrial sectors. They will pursue stakes in North American and European mid-market companies.
