Edengene

Tony Caplin has been appointed non-executive chairman of Edengene. Caplin will remain non-executive chairman of Durlacher Plc, G.S Technologies Ltd, Norprint Ltd and Dynamic Commercial Finance Plc. He will continue as a senior non-executive director of Easynet Plc, Tadpole Technology Plc, Northamber Plc. Formerly, Caplin has been managing director of Manchester News Ltd, president of Pacific Telesis European Division, and chief executive of both First City GB and Hunterprint Plc. He has also been chairman of the European Electronic Messaging Association.
