PKF Accountants has continued the expansion of its UK corporate finance division with the appointment of John Gilligan as a lead advisory corporate finance partner in its London office. PKF has appointed six new corporate finance partners to its lead advisory partner base in the last nine months with the aim of doubling the size of its corporate finance business over the next two years. Gilligan joins from Deloitte where he worked for over ten years, latterly as corporate finance partner in the London office with responsibility for initiation and advising on corporate finance transactions. His principal area of interest is private equity, having started his career with 3i in 1988.
