Darbys

Phil Riman has been appointed by Darbys, the Thames Valley and Midlands based law firm, to head up the company's corporate finance activities. He joins from 3i, where he spent five years as internal legal counsel on UK and US investment work. Riman's expertise covers the full range of transactions but with particular emphasis on early-stage technology financings, MBOs in the £5-75m range and complex restructurings.
