DSC has announced the creation of a newstructure for its private equity operation, with theestablishment of four dedicated country teams forthe UK, France, Germany and Spain. PeterTaylor, previously managing director of UKprivate equity, has been appointed to the newlycreated position of head of private equity withoverall responsibility for the four territories. TheUK team is now led by Tim Lebus. The aim of thenew structure is to enable DSC to maximiseinvestment opportunities with each of its markets.
