Grant Thornton Corporate Finance

Mark Naughton has commenced a 12 month secondment with the corporate finance team at Grant Thornton’s London Office, having worked within the South & Wales team for the past three years. Naughton has advised on a wide range of lead advisory transactions, particularly disposals and management buyouts. Stephen Galvin, who joined Grant Thornton in 1999 and has worked on a range of transactions including disposals, buyouts and buy-ins, has joined the South & Wales corporate finance team.
