Cinven

Roberto Italia has been appointed investment executive in Cinven's London office. Italia joined Cinven in March from Henderson Private Capital, where he was the partner in charge of the firm's business in Italy. Prior to this he was at Warburg Pincus for eight years, latterly as a partner and managing director, focusing on the communications industry as well as Italy and Spain. Previously, Italia was with the Telecom Italia Group. He has a degree in economics from LUISS in Rome and an MBA from INSEAD.
