
Robert Fraser and Capital Partners join forces to offer advice in E10-100m segment
Robert Fraser Corporate Finance and Capital Partners Corporate Finance have agreed to combine to offer corporate finance services to high growth companies, new and old, quoted and unquoted, UK and overseas-based, specialising in transactions in the E10-100m range. Robert Fraser will concentrate on the consumer products, engineering, financial services and leisure sectors while Capital Partners will focus on technology, media and telecommunications. The team is led by Nicholas Field-Johnson and Claudio Rojas, both formerly at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, who have been appointed managing directors of Capital Partners and directors of Robert Fraser. Additionally, Nicholas Field-Johnson was head of private placement at Dresdner Kleinwort Capital and previously head of M&A at Dresdner, a main board director at NM Rothschild, and strategy director at Grand Metropolitan. Claudio Rojas was also formerly an advisor at Credit Suisse First Boston, a senior strategy consultant with Accenture Strategic Services, and a senior technologist with Alcatel in several countries. The business is based in London and also has offices in Los Angeles, Miami, San Francisco, Singapore and Stockholm.
