Global Solutions Ltd
Ewan Tocher, Jason Murray, Stephen Quinn and Emma Waldon of Bank of Scotland (BOS) have arranged the debt for the Global Solutions transaction. The debt has been structured as a four and half year £110m senior bullet facility. This is considered to be the first such structure to be used in the leveraged finance market and reflects the highly visible, contracted nature of GSL's earnings as well as supporting future growth aspirations of the business. Additionally BOS has arranged a £60m working capital facility. Lovells partner Adam Freeman provided legal advice to the bank.
