Midlands corporate finance advisor Catalyst has extended its team witht the appointment of Andrew Watson. Watson specialises in transactions within the owner-managed business market. He joins from a Midlands-based, mid market advisory business where he has particularly focused on the waste disposal, vehicle parts and travel industries. Recent deals he has advised on include Michael Gerson and TCL Granby.
