NatWest Development Capital

NatWest Development Capital (NWDC), part of Royal Bank of Scotland’s private equity group, has appointed Hazel McIntyre to its Scottish team. MacIntyre has worked with the Royal Bank since 1988 in various corporate finance roles. Most recently she was a director in Scotland within the bank’s leveraged finance department, where she led a team of five deal executives, with responsibility for providing senior and mezzanine finance in support of leveraged buy-out, buy-in and acquisition transactions throughout Scotland.
