Invex Partners
The corporate finance firm, Invex Partners, has been acquired by Kroll Inc. Invex Partners was set up four years ago through a joint venture between its directors and Invex Capital, the London-based management transactions investor. Kroll is a NASDAQ-quoted company with offices across the world. Invex Partners originally set up a strategic relationship with Kroll Buchler Phillips, a corporate recovery specialist, in 1999. As part of the merger, Invex Partners will change its name to Kroll. It is envisaged that the current, combined team of 20 will grow to about 25 people over the next year, focused on mid market transactions nationally. Kroll will continue to work with Invex Capital, advising on investments that Invex Capital plans to make on a case-by-case basis. It is expected that Kroll’s transatlantic business will provide business regarding US investors funding UK operations.
