Catalyst has appointed Tim Farazmand as chief investment officer, responsible for all Catalyst's investing activities. Most recently a director at Royal Bank Private Equity, Farazmand has 15 years of VC experience from both RBPE and, previously, 3i. He has particular experience of mid-market IBO deals, together with business development and deal generation.
