Freeth Cartwright

Freeth Cartwright has recruited Darren Kamen to its corporate finance team as an associate. Kamen will be responsible for providing senior support to the corporate finance partners in all areas of corporate finance work, including acquisitions and disposals, private equity, group reorganisations, buyouts and buy-ins, joint ventures, and general corporate advisory work. After qualifying in 2000 he joined Hammonds in Birmingham, and has spent the past four years working on a mix of high and mid-value transactions.
