Apax Partners

Apax Partners has announced the appointment of Michael Ward as a Partner. He will join the international Retail and Consumer team and be based in the London office. Ward was previously the chief executive of retail for Celesio AG and head of the UK operations, Lloyds Chemists Plc. Prior to leading Celesio AG’s retail division Ward was Group Finance Director of HP Bulmer Holdings Plc.
