Hotbed

Hotbed has appointed Simon Cooke, the former CEO of Deutsche Property Asset Management (DePAM) as its head of property. During his time at DePAM from 1990-2003, Cooke helped grow the business from £45m to £903m of funds under management. Having joined as a director, he became managing director in 1995 and CEO in 1997. In 1995 he was also appointed as director of Deutsche Asset Management.
