ECI Ventures
ECI Ventures has announced several new appointments to its Northern and London teams. Nick Booth and Richard Chapman join ECI’s London office, while David Ewing will be based in the North. Booth was previously corporate finance director at Freeserve until the company’s flotation in 1999 and prior to that worked in corporate finance at ABN AMRO and ING Barings. Chapman joins ECI after 18 months in business regeneration, working with struggling companies, prior to which he spent eight years at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Ewing was deputy managing director of computer game developer Digital Image Design until the latter’s takeover by Rage Software, remaining with the new company as business development manager. All three join ECI as investment executives.
