Berwin Leighton Paisner

Berwin Leighton Paisner has recruited Daljit Singh as a partner in its corporate finance group, the third lateral hire partner to join the group this year. Singh, previously a private equity partner at Jones Day, specialises in both UK and international corporate finance with a primary focus on the private equity sector. His experience covers investments, buyouts, sales and IPOs, take-privates and reconstructions for a range of private equity houses.
