Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co has announced that Clive Hollick will be joining the firm as a managing director in April 2005, following his departure as chief executive officer of United Business Media. He will be based in the firm's London office, and focus on investments in the media and financial services sectors. In December 2004, United Business Media announced that David Levin, currently CEO of Symbian Limited, would, in April 2005, succeed Lord Hollick, who has been CEO of United and its predecessor companies since 1974. Lord Hollick will continue as the senior non-executive director of Diageo, a non-executive director at Honeywell International, and as chairman of London's South Bank Centre.
