emw law creates own private equity unit
Milton Keynes based law firm emw has created its own dedicated private equity unit in order to facilitate the company’s experience accumulated in recent transactional work with investors such as Lloyds TSB Development Capital, Close Brothers Private Equity and Gresham Trust. The new unit will be supported by the in-house corporate team, which has tripled in size over the last three years.
